Go-live guide
Remix Tess Marlowe, make it yours, then publish it on your own domain.
1. Remix it
Remixing makes your own free copy in your Framer account.
2. Make it yours in 5 steps
Most actors finish this in an afternoon.
Step 1
Swap the three looks on the home page
Select each strip in the home hero and replace its Image in the right-hand panel: commercial, theatrical and character. For the face to line up across the strips, use three headshots taken at the same distance and framing, or crop them to match. Different framings still work: the strips just read as three photos.
Step 2
Add your headshots, reel and self-tapes
On the Headshots page, replace each strip’s Image (it is also the full-size photo people see large and download, so upload it at full size). Set is the group name shown in the viewer. On the Reel page, paste a YouTube or Vimeo link into Video link, or upload a short MP4 as Video file. Any button that links to a YouTube, Vimeo or MP4 link plays it in a pop-up, like Watch the reel. Keep uploaded clips under 2 MB each.
Step 3
Edit your credits in the CMS
Open the CMS and edit the Credits collection: title, medium, role, company, director, year, a still and an optional review line and clip link. Turn on Featured for one credit per medium to show it on the home page, and use Order to sort them.
Step 4
Update your casting details and representation
Change the facts in the home hero and on the About page, the agent and manager cards, and the agent line in the footer and phone menu. Upload your own CV PDF and point every Download CV link at it. In the footer, select the SiteLinks layer and type your name: downloads then save as Your-Name-CV.pdf and Your-Name-Theatrical-1.jpg.
Step 5
Point the casting form at your inbox
On the Contact page, select the form, open Send to and choose your email (or your agent’s). Send a test enquiry and check it arrives.
3. Go live on your own domain
A custom domain needs a paid Framer site plan.
Tess Marlowe works on the Basic plan
It uses 10 pages and 1 CMS collection (Credits), inside Basic’s 30 pages and 2 collections. Checked on framer.com/pricing on 21 October 2026.
Connect your domain
In Site Settings, open Domains, add your domain and follow Framer’s steps for your domain provider. Then publish.
4. Before you publish
A short check before you send the link to casting.
Replace every sample photo, clip and credit
Tess Marlowe and her credits, reviews, agent and manager are fictional sample content. Replace them all, including the sample CV.
Change the site title, description and social image
Site Settings, General: these show in Google results and when your link is shared.
Replace the sample emails and phone numbers
They appear in the representation cards, the contact page and the footer, and use example.org.
Review the Privacy page
It says what your site collects, where the enquiry form sends messages and which analytics you use. Make every line true for your site.
Delete this guide and its footer link
Remove the Go live page and the Go-live guide link in the footer before you share your site.
